Well I made it some time ago (hence the title) and decided it not to post it then, but it seems thoroughly appropriate now. Blair's departure is a psychological boost which is tempered by uncertainty about Brown. The random way in which the words coincide in my little moving concrete poem lends an ambiguity which is symbolic of that uncertainty, at times for example, it could read "MORE LIARS"!
I was just about to say 'do you really think that Blair is now going to stop being a liar, or, that now he's gone other politicians aren't going to lie', and then I read your explanation.
A man who starts a war in the Middle East is now off to be a Middle East peace envoy! Hmmm.
His arrogance knows no bounds, but look on the bright side, he might just have over-reached himself. How do you think he'll go down there? What might be the chances of him coming home in a box? Do you think his guilty conscience is driving him to Catholicism, where absolution is so much easier?
Considering in the UK he addressed the middle class of middle England and spoke the language of middle management and trod the middle ground on many issues while listening to middle of the road music, maybe the Middle East is the best place for him.
Well the phrase 'Middle East' is a little misleading. I've just been reading about his new job and it's specifically Palestine that he's 'assisting'. Have those poor people not suffered enough already?!
Didn't his wife once say she understood why some Palestinians became suicide bombers? "What might be the chances of him coming home in a box?" - Don't get your hopes up, I doubt Blair would ever dream of getting on a bus.

pity the video is white on black... if the background had been brown, it would have had one more nuance to the concrete ambiguity.

I'm not sure about compatibilty of abstract and political. The word Blair on screen puts the work 15 levels down...
These videos are experimental, it's within their nature to risk incompatability. I agree that it's problematic, that's partly the point.
15 levels down...from what?
